From an EU country or from Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, may I enter or exit this country for tourism? 

It is possible to enter or exit the country for tourism if the travel originates from the following countries, not affected by high risk of transmission: Albania, Australia, Austria, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, South Korea, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Finland.

May I fly to this country?

International flights are allowed into Athens and Thessaloniki airports from the following countries, not affected by high risk of transmission: Albania, Australia, Austria, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, South Korea, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Finland. From the 1st of July, international flights will be allowed into all airports in Greece and visitors will only be subject to random tests upon arrival. Additional restrictions could be introduced at a later stage.

May I enter this country without being subject to a mandatory quarantine?

Compulsory testing and quarantine will be limited only to travelers, irrespective of nationality, arriving from airports of affected areas with high risk of transmission. Visitors who test negative are subject to a mandatory quarantine of 7 days, while the ones who test positive must spend 14 days under a supervised quarantine. If the travel originates from the following low-risk countries, only random tests upon arrival will be done: Albania, Australia, Austria, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Estonia, Japan, Israel, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lebanon, New Zealand, Lithuania, Malta, Montenegro, Norway, South Korea, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Finland.
